Who is PHOTAMA?

PHOTAMA is comprised of: the Membership, a Secretariat, and a Board of Trustees

The Membership

PHOTAMA is a member-driven association and therefore, the members are the major stakeholders. Decision-making power rests with them. At the Annual General Meeting (AGM), and at any other time, members may influence the direction of the Association and identify and mandate activities for the Secretariat to implement.

Members include:   

·        professional, amateur, and novice photographers with a wide variety of specialization and experience

·        educators; students

·        journalists; videographers

·        media associations and institutions

·        photo studios and equipment suppliers

The PHOTAMA Secretariat

The Secretariat is comprised of 6 voluntary positions:

·        Director

·        Program Manager

·        Treasurer                           

·        Publicity Secretary                 

·        Secretary

·        Program Coordinator
